In order to enhance our staff’s physique and team spirit cooperation, we held the 3rd Sports Games on December 24, 2011, at the factory. There were four games during the event including tug-of-war. Our staff was divided into seven groups: Office Dept., PVC Cover Dept, Rental Dept, and so on.
Every game is quite competitive as every member is eager to win the competition. They needed to work together as a group to not only win a completion but use that team spirit in their daily work. Everyone enjoyed the competition, even if they won or lost. This is one of the most popular events at our factory.
