Notification of change of company name

To Company Partners:

As company is to expand due to business growth, the original company name ‘Zhuhai Liri Tent Technology Co., Ltd.’ will change registration as ‘Liri Architecture Technology (Guangdong)  Co., Ltd’ since the 1^st February 2021.  As from today, all internal and external documents, data, invoices, account number, tax number etc. of the company shall be in the name of the new company. The original company name is no longer used.

After the company name change, our business subject and legal relation remain unchanged. Original contracts shall continue to be valid and the original business relationship and service commitment will remain unchanged too. Sorry for the inconvenience caused by the change of the company name. We will continue to provide you with quality service. Thanks for your cooperation
