The technology R&D center, founded by Chief Engineer Liang, brings together a multi-domain team of professional engineers specializing in structural engineering, air-dome materials, prefabricated design, and intelligent integration. It focuses on three key areas: air-dome structures, lightweight modularization, and new tent fabric materials, ensuring the consistent translation of cutting-edge technologies into real-world applications.

With nearly thirty years of continuous R&D in tent structures, relying on independently developed core technologies, Liri has been recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise, a Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative SME, and the Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center of Modular Marquees.

Manufacturing Innovation Capability
A 38,000-square-meter modern prefabricated structure production base empowers intelligent manufacturing through process innovation. From intelligent cutting and seamless heat sealing of PVC fabrics to drilling, milling, and grinding of aluminum alloy frames, the entire production process has been optimized. The introduction of dozens of precision CNC machines has driven a comprehensive production line upgrade, enabling high-precision, high-efficiency mass production of tent structures.


Upstream and Downstream Collaborative Innovation
Liri has established an innovation channel with upstream suppliers in "high-end materials research," collaborating with various new materials suppliers to jointly develop technical projects. Liri has partnered with Serge Ferrari to create higher-grade membrane fabrics and participated in the National Key R&D Program's project, "High-Performance Textile Structure Flexible Preparation and Application."

Digital Technology Innovation
Following the trend of intelligent construction, 3D modeling and digital calculations are integrated throughout the entire product lifecycle. From initial scheme modeling and structural load verification to production drawings and on-site installation simulation, the entire process is digitally controlled, reducing design error rates and shortening project implementation timelines.

Green and Low-Carbon Innovation
Adhering to the dual-carbon development direction, we focus on the research and development of solar-powered tents, environmentally friendly PVC fabrics, recyclable prefabricated tents, and energy-saving air-dome membrane insulation materials. Our main products are reusable, low-carbon emission-reducing products, adapting to the global needs of low-carbon infrastructure and green temporary facility construction. Our products have been used multiple times in low-carbon scenarios such as the UN Climate Change Conference.
