A Zhuhai Federation of Trade Unions delegation visited Liri Tent on August 28, 2026, to review employee care initiatives.
The third-quarter event of the Zhuhai Federation of Trade Unions’ Women Workers’ Committee was hosted by the Zhuhai Federation of Trade Unions and organized by the Doumen District Federation of Trade Unions.
Delegation tours Liri Tent
Accompanied by Liri Tent Chairperson Chen Li and Vice President Liang Lu, a delegation of nearly 60 people toured the company. The group included Lu Hongzhen, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Zhuhai Municipal People’s Congress and Chairperson of the Zhuhai Federation of Trade Unions; Fang Bi, a member of the Federation’s Party Leadership Group, Vice Chairperson, and Director of the Women Workers’ Committee; as well as officials in charge of women workers’ affairs from various district and sectoral trade unions, committee members, representatives from the Zhuhai Association for the Promotion of Women’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and employee representatives.
During the tour, the representatives visited the company’s brand showroom, the Party-building and trade union activity center, and the Loving Mom’s Room, a dedicated space for nursing mothers. They learned about the company’s development history, corporate culture, trade union development, and services dedicated to the well-being of female employees.
Focus on female employee care
Lu Hongzhen conducted an on-site inspection, asking about Liri Tent’s work in protecting female employees’ rights, providing care services, and building an inclusive corporate culture. She also offered guidance and suggestions for further improvement.
Incense-making workshop
Following the tour, the event continued in the company’s second-floor lecture hall with a hands-on workshop titled “Empowering Women through Intangible Cultural Heritage: Mind-Soothing Incense Making.”
Attendees and female employees participated in traditional incense-making activities and experienced the cultural traditions behind Chinese incense.
Liri Tent extends its gratitude to the Women Workers’ Committee of the Zhuhai Federation of Trade Unions and to trade unions across the city’s districts and sectors for their long-standing care and support.
The company remains committed to strengthening the protection of female employees’ rights and care services, advancing Party-building and trade union initiatives, and creating a supportive environment for female staff. Liri Tent will also deepen communication and cooperation with trade union organizations to support the continued development of women workers’ affairs in Zhuhai and Doumen District.
